Short answer
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are made only when an item is received damaged or if an order is not delivered to you.

No refunds for change of mind
If you change your mind after placing an order — for example, you ordered the wrong size, color or decided you no longer want the item — we do not provide refunds. Please check product details carefully before buying.

When we will refund
We will issue a refund only in these situations:

  • Damaged or defective on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If we confirm the item is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund and cover return shipping when the damage is our error.
  • Undelivered orders: If you do not receive your order, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If we confirm the order was not delivered, we will refund the order or send a replacement.

How to request a refund
Contact our support team via the store’s Contact page with your order number and photos (for damaged items). Do not return items until you receive return instructions from us.

Return shipping and costs
If a refund is approved because of our error (wrong item, damaged or defective), we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid label. For any return not caused by our error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service; we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking information.

Non-returnable items

  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable

Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we process the refund for it to appear on your statement; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

We reserve the right
to refuse a refund that does not meet this policy. If you have questions, contact us via the store’s Contact page and include your order number so we can respond faster.
